Surface Preparation

• Surface must be clean, dry and free from contamination.
• Sand using sand paper #250 or #400 and use Gold Naptha Solvent as metal degreaser.

Mixture Preparation

• Mix 3 parts by volume Ultima Epoxy Primer to 1 part by volume Ultima Epoxy Catalyst.
• Allow 5-10 minutes reaction time before application.
• Reduce if needed using one (1) part of Gold Epoxy Reducer to three (3) parts by volume of Ultima Epoxy Primer and one (1) part of Ultima Epoxy Catalyst.

Theoretical Coverage

• Approximately 20-25 sqm. per gallon

Drying Time

• Set to touch: 30 to 45 minutes
• Sandable/recoat: 3-5 hour
• Dry hard: 24 hours

Pot Life

• Eight (8) hours, mix enough paint needed only.
• Do not return excess mixture to the original can.

Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well
ventilated space and away from sources of
heat and ignition.

• Containers must be kept tightly closed.
• Handle with care.
• Shelf Life – Under above mentioned conditions, its shelf life is 12-24 months from the date of manufacture.
