Surface Preparation
Clean the surface free from dirt, oil and any other Contaminants or foreign materials.
Mixture Preparation
- Mix three (3) parts by volume of Gold Urethane Top Coat Clear to one (1) part of Gold Urethane Top Coat Catalyst.
- Allow 5-10 minutes reaction time before application.
- Stir products thoroughly every time before use.
Product application
Theoretical Coverage
- Approximately 5 to 7 sqm. per liter/li>
Drying Time
- Dust Free : 30 minutes
- Set to touch : 30-45 minutes
- Dry hard : 24 hours
***Flash off time in between coatings: 10-15 minutes
Pot Life
- 2 to 3 hours upon mixing.
- Mix the amount of paint needed only.
- Do not return excess mixture to the original can.
Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition.
- Containers must be kept tightly closed.
- Handle with care.
- Shelf Life – Under above mentioned conditions, its shelf life is 12-24 months from the date of manufacture.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Humidity affects clear coat components, so the application equipment should be absolutely dry.
- Close the hardener container immediately after use.
- Do not use it at temperatures lower than +50oF/10oC. In this case, dry in a spray booth.
