Surface Preparation
All surface must be thoroughly sanded, cleaned and free from contamination such as dust, dirt and grease etc.
Mixture Preparation
- Mix 3 parts by volume of Gold Urethane Anti-Corrosion Primer to 1 part by volume of Gold Urethane Primer Catalyst.
- Allow 5-10 minutes reaction time before application.

Approximately 5 to 7 sqm. per liter
Drying Time
- Dust Free: 30 minutes
- Set to touch: 30-45 minutes
- Sandable/Recoat: 3-5 Hours
- Dry hard: 24 hours
***Flash off time in between coatings: 10-15 minutes
Pot Life
- 2 to 3 hours upon mixing.
- Mix the amount of paint needed only.
- Do not return excess mixture to the original can.
Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition.
- Containers must be kept tightly closed.
- Handle with care.
- Shelf Life – Under above mentioned conditions, its shelf life is 12-24 months from the date of manufacture.
