Substrate Preparation

• Clean the surface free from dirt, oil and any other contaminants or foreign materials.
• Substrate must be primed with Gold Urethane Spray Filler
• Sand surface thoroughly.
• Apply 2 to 3 coats.
• Sand before recoating or polishing

Mixture Preparation

• Mix 3 parts by volume Gold Urethane Paint to 1 part by volume Gold Urethane Top Coat Catalyst and 1 part by volume of Gold Urethane Thinner.
• Allow 5 to 10 minutes reaction time before application.

Drying Time

• Dust Free : 30 minutes
• Set to touch : 30 to 45 minutes
• Sandable/recoat : 3 to 5 hours
• Dry hard : 24 hours
  ***Flash off time in between coatings: 10 to 15 minutes

Pot Life

2 to 3 hours upon mixing.
Mix the amount of paint needed only.
Do not return excess mixture to the original can.

Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition.

• Handle with care.
• Shelf Life – Under above mentioned conditions, its shelf life is 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture.
