Application
Principal Uses
- For new and previously painted interior and exterior masonry and wooden surfaces.
Reccommended Use
- New Concrete – Make sure that the new concrete is dry thoroughly under normal weather condition prior to painting. Surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil, dirt, grease, and any other contaminants.
- Wooden Surfaces – Sand rough woods until smooth. Surface to be painted must be clean and free from dust, dirt, and any other contaminants. Make sure that all the nails are hammered deeply enough prior to putty/cast application.
- Repainting – If the existent paint is not Acry-tex, the paint must be completely removed. Scrape off all scaling, loose, flaking, and peeling paint, if necessary. Make sure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from any other contaminants.
Application Method
- Prime bare substrate with PLATINUM Acry-tex Primer. (1 COAT ONLY)
- Apply PLATINUM Acry-tex Cast to correct surfaces with minor imperfections. (1mm thick)
- Spot prime puttied areas with PLATINUM Acry-tex Primer. (1 COAT ONLY)
Storage and Handling
Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well-ventilated space and away from heat and ignition sources.
- Containers must be kept tightly closed.
- Handle with care.
- Shelf Life: Under the conditions mentioned above, its shelf life is 12-24 months from the date of manufacture.
